Rolling In Dough Limited Liability Partnership

We are tucked away in Shop No 13 at Mohid Heights. It’s right near the Mhada Signal Junction in Andheri West. If you know the RTO Road area, you know how busy it gets around here. Rolling In Dough Limited Liability Partnership started because we just liked working with flour and ovens. It’s a small shop. Most of the time, our hands are covered in flour, so answering the phone is a bit of a struggle. We spend a lot of hours watching timers and checking the heat. The traffic outside at the junction is always loud, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just us here, making sure the batches come out okay. Sometimes a tray gets a bit too brown, but that’s how it goes when you’re doing it for real. We aren't some big factory. It’s just a local place in the CHS building. We keep things pretty simple. The morning starts with heavy bags of supplies coming in. Then we just get to work. It’s hot near the back where the baking happens. We like being in Andheri, even if the parking is a nightmare for everyone. We’re usually here until late cleaning up the counters. It’s a lot of scrubbing and sweeping. But we’ll be back the next day to do it all over again. That's the life of the shop. We just try to keep it moving.
