Our office is at number 12 in Jayshee Chawl, which is in the Kokanipada area of Kururvillage in Malad East. It’s a busy spot, and the chawl is a simple building with a lot of people coming and going all day long. We handle real estate work here, mostly focusing on the local neighborhood. It isn't a fancy place with shiny glass walls or anything like that. Inside, we just have a few desks, some chairs, and a whole lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Malad East is changing quite a bit these days, with new buildings popping up wherever there’s a bit of space. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who live nearby or those looking for a small place to rent. Sometimes the lane outside gets a bit muddy when it rains, and the noise from the street can be a lot, but we’re used to it by now. We usually open up early and stay until the evening. Most of our neighbors know us by face. We don’t do big advertisements or have a fancy marketing plan. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the village.
