Our place is in the Chaurang Orchid housing society, which is right on Chembur Gaothan Road No. 3. We are in unit 202. Being in a cooperative housing society means things are a bit more relaxed than a typical office block. We do buildtech work, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to make building projects run better. Chembur is a crowded place, and Road No. 3 is always busy with people going about their lives. Our office is where we handle all the technical side of the construction. It isn't very large. There's a computer, a printer that jams too often, and a lot of folders. We don't really go for the polished look. You’ll probably see someone’s lunch bag on the table or a stack of newspapers in the corner. We focus on the practical side of things. Most of our work happens on the phone or out at the sites, but 202 is where we come back to clear our heads and figure out the numbers. It's a real local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the security guards at the society gate. We just do our business, try to stay organized, and handle the buildtech requirements that come through. It's nothing fancy, just a group of people working together in a corner of Chembur to keep things moving forward.
