R.K.D. Realty Private Limited is located over in Andheri East. We have a small office at 14/C/002 inside the Omkar Co-Op Housing Society. It's in the Sangharsh Nagar area, specifically on Farm Road in Chandivali. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The neighborhood is quite busy, but our office in the society is a bit more tucked away. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of talk about local properties. We spend most of our days keeping up with what's happening on Farm Road and around Chandivali. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. It’s just a couple of us who know the area well. We handle the usual property stuff, like rentals and sales, without all the extra fluff. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents lying around, but we manage. Being part of a housing society ourselves makes it easier to understand what people are looking for when they come to us. We just give it to people straight. If you're walking through Sangharsh Nagar, you might see our sign. It’s a practical, local business and we like keeping it that way. No big speeches, just work.
