Rivas Advisor is based out of Malad West. We're over at Daruwala Compound in a place called Hajimalag Cottage, number 3 G. It’s right near the Axis Bank, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the landmark. Our office is a bit different because it’s in a cottage style rather than a big high-rise. It gives the place a bit of character, even if it’s just a regular workspace inside. We spend our days helping people with their advisory needs. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of thinking, and definitely a lot of typing. Malad is a crowded place, and our little corner in Daruwala Compound feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We aren't some big faceless corporation. We are just local people working here. Sometimes the rains make it a bit tricky to get around the compound, but we manage. We handle the paperwork and the financial questions that come our way. We don't try to sound smarter than we are. If we don't know something, we look it up. We try to be helpful and stay grounded. Most of our clients are people from around the area or folks who heard about us from a friend. We keep the doors open and the fans running, and we just get on with the business of the day. It’s a lot of routine, but we don’t mind.
