RISHAN ACRES PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Khar West. Our office is number 476 and it sits right in Kiran Kunj. If you are looking for us, we are at the rear of the ground floor on 24th Road. Mumbai City can be pretty loud and busy, especially around here, but it’s a bit quieter being tucked away at the back. We have been working from this Maharashtra-400052 spot for some time. The building is one of those older ones that you see a lot of in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and makes the 24th Road a bit of a mess with puddles, but that is just how it is. We mostly keep to ourselves and get through the paperwork and meetings. There isn’t much to look at in the office, just the usual desks and chairs. It is a practical space for us to manage things without too much distraction. People often walk right past the entrance because it is at the rear, but we don't mind. Khar is a good place to be even with all the traffic and the noise from the nearby shops. The ground floor location helps when we have to carry things in and out. We don't have fancy lights or anything. It’s just a regular workplace where we spend our hours every day. It gets a bit humid inside during the monsoon, so we keep the fans going at full speed to stay cool.
