We are based in Shop 12 on the first floor of Heera Panna Mall. It’s right on Link Road in Andheri West, which is basically one of the busiest spots you can find in Mumbai. Ricochet Digital Media Private Limited is where we handle all our media-related work. Being in a mall is actually pretty handy because everything we need is right there, although the Link Road traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office is a functional space. It’s not very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We spend our time working on digital content, editing, and managing different media files. It’s a fast-paced environment, mostly because there’s always something new coming in that needs to be handled quickly. We don't really go for the polished corporate look; our space is full of hard drives, screens, and the usual office clutter. The team is small and we all know each other well, which makes it easier to get things done without a lot of fuss. We like being in Andheri West because it’s where all the media action is, even if it means dealing with the noise and the crowds every day. It’s a practical location for a media company, and we’ve made this shop feel like our own over the years. We just focus on the media projects and keep things moving forward, one file at a time.
