Rg Vision Llp is based out of a flat in building number 4 of the Ashapura Sra Chs. We are in unit A/105, right on Sant Dyaneshwar Marg. Most people find us by looking for Guru Nanak Hospital since we are just opposite that. Being in a residential society like this makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office block. Mumbai can be an overwhelming place, so having a home-base like this helps us stay grounded. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people working on a vision. Our desks are squeezed in where they fit. We do our own coffee and manage our own schedules. The hospital across the street is a constant landmark for our visitors. Since we are an LLP, we keep things fairly simple in terms of how we manage the business side. We aren't interested in the corporate ladder or using big words to describe simple tasks. We just do the work. The 400051 area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have deadlines to meet. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s a local business through and through. We don't need a fancy lobby to do what we do.
