Revolution Realcon Private Limited

Revolution Realcon Private Limited is based out of Borivali East, specifically at A-803 in the Shree Ganesh CHS on Rajendra Nagar. It is right there on Dattapada Road, which usually has a fair bit of traffic during the rush hours. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is tucked away in a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We mostly deal with property stuff around the suburbs. It is a lot of running around, checking on sites, and talking to different people about where they want to live. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We aren't a massive team, just a few of us who know the Borivali and Kandivali patches inside out. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we're usually out on the street or at a building site anyway. Real estate can be a headache with all the rules changing, but we just take it one day at a time. The neighbors in the building are nice, and we try not to make too much noise when clients come over. It’s a simple setup. We drink a lot of coffee, look at a lot of maps, and try to keep things moving. We prefer just talking straight with people without using all those complicated words you see in advertisements.
