Retrophiles Private Limited

Our office is located in Andheri West, right in the Mhada Layout at Azad Nagar. We are up on the eighth floor of Dhanashree Heights in unit 801. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed this area gets, especially around rush hour. We started Retrophiles because we wanted to handle things on our own terms without a lot of the usual corporate fuss. It’s a small operation, and we spend most of our time just getting through the tasks at hand. The building has a lot of other businesses, so there is always people moving around and the lifts can be a bit slow in the mornings. Inside our space, things get a little cluttered with all the files and notes we keep, but we know where everything is. We don’t use a lot of fancy software or have a huge staff. It’s just us sitting down and making sure the projects we are working on stay on track. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the commute a nightmare, but we still make it in to get the work done. We don't spend time on big speeches or trying to look more important than we are. We just focus on the details of the day and try to avoid making mistakes. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps the business going. We are just a group of people working in a busy city, trying to keep things simple and honest.
