Rent Pe Private Limited is based out of the Gorai 2 area in Borivali West. Our office is in the Shree Dattaguru housing society, specifically unit 408. It’s part of the Mahada layout, so it’s a very typical residential setting. We aren't a big agency with a shopfront on the main road. We work from this small space and mostly focus on the rental market. Dealing with rentals in Mumbai is a full-time job because people are always moving. Borivali is a nice place to be, even if it’s a bit far from the main city center. We like the local vibe here. There are plenty of small shops and parks around the society. Most of our day is spent visiting flats, checking on repairs, or talking to owners who want to list their property. We keep things very simple and straightforward. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks and a couple of computers. Sometimes we are out in the field and the phone just keeps ringing. We try to get back to everyone as soon as we can. It’s a lot of manual work and filing papers with the local authorities. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help people find a decent place to rent without all the usual stress. It’s a small, honest business run by real people.
