Reinstadd Buildwellllp

We’ve been working out of Thakur Village for a while now. Our office is tucked away in the Vasant Sagar Ganga building, right over in B-502. If you know the area, it’s basically across from the Thakur Cinema. It’s a busy part of Kandi Vali East, and there is always something going on outside the window. We started Reinstadd Buildwellllp because we wanted to handle local construction projects without all the big corporate headaches. It’s just us doing the daily work, looking at plans, and making sure things get built properly. Some days are slow with paperwork, and other days we are out on sites getting our boots dirty. People often ask why the name has so many Ls at the end, but that’s just how the registration went through. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we figure out the logistics for the next project. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and trying to keep everything on track. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes it much easier to stay on top of things. It is not always perfect, and sometimes schedules slip because of the rain or labor issues, but we stay at it. We just focus on the job at hand and try to be honest with the people we work for. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Mumbai, really.
