Reema Property Llp

We set up Reema Property Llp in the Quantum Park building. If you know Khar West, we are pretty close to Olive Restaurant, which is a big landmark around here. Our office is 904 A. Being in Gulab Nagar means we see a lot of what goes on in Khar Danda. It's a lively part of Mumbai, though the streets can get really crowded in the evenings. We deal with various properties around this side of the city. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or showing people around different apartments. It's not a corporate setup; we just work out of our space and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that's just how the real estate business goes here. We know the shortcuts around Khar and which buildings are coming up. It's helpful being local because people stop by when they're out for a walk or running errands. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. Usually, it’s just a conversation over some tea about what someone needs. Khar has changed a lot over the years, with new shops and cafes popping up everywhere. We've stayed right here through those changes. It's a decent place to work. We just take things one day at a time, helping out whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of running around, especially when the weather is humid, but we don’t mind. We've lived in Mumbai long enough to know how to get things done.
