Our office is located in Unit 407 at the Nirmal Corporate Center. It’s right on L.B.S. Marg in Mulund. This area of Mumbai is always moving, and being on the main road means we see a lot of the city’s energy every day. We handle various import and export tasks from this fourth-floor unit. It’s a standard office space—nothing too over the top, just what we need to get the job done. We’ve got some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of chairs for when we have visitors. Most of our work involves coordinating between different parties and making sure the shipping documents are in order. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff that keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. We aren't big on corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the traffic on L.B.S. Marg makes us late in the morning, but once we're in, we get right to work. We have a small, dedicated staff. We've known each other for a long time, so the office vibe is pretty relaxed even when we're busy. We try to keep things organized, though the stacks of paper can get a bit high when several shipments are moving at once. It’s just a normal workplace where people work hard and look forward to the weekend. We're just trying to run a reliable business here in Mulund and keep our operations steady through the year.
