Realtunity Constructions Llp is our company and our office is right at the junction of SV Road and Juhu Tara Road in Santac Ruz West 1. We are situated on the 3rd floor of the Centre Point Premises Chsl. It is a pretty busy area with all the traffic coming through, but we have been here for a while and we are used to it. The office itself is quite plain. We spend most of our time here managing construction projects and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with them. We are not a big corporate firm with lots of fancy departments. It’s just us doing our work and trying to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded, but it's a good spot for us because it is central. We handle a variety of building tasks and we are often out at different sites during the day. When we are in the office, we are mostly on the phone or looking at site plans. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We focus on the practical side of building and try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we deal with. Santac Ruz is a lively place to be and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s a lot of hard work, but we just take it one day at a time and do what needs to be done.
