We are based in Andheri West at the Hareshivan building on Kapoor Com Road. Our unit is number 702, so we are up on the 7th floor. It is just off J D Road, which is a fairly busy stretch. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of computers, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. Working in Andheri means you are always in the thick of it. The commute can be a bit much some days, but we are used to it by now. We focus on property work in the local area. Usually, the morning is spent checking emails and making sure our records are up to date. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It is more of a functional space where we can sit down and get things done. Sometimes the light in the afternoon is a bit bright through the windows, so we have to keep the blinds down. We know the streets around here quite well. It's a mix of residential and commercial spots. Most of the people who come by are looking for something nearby. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff. It is a quiet office for the most part, except when the phones start ringing all at once. We just handle things as they come in. It is a steady way to spend the day. There is no mystery to it, just regular office hours.
