Our office for Rd Brothers Property Consultant Llp is way up on the 14th floor at Fressia Rani Bellopathanwadi. It’s in Malad East, right off the Express Highway, so you can see a lot of the city from up here. Being in A 1404 gives us a decent view of the traffic moving along the highway throughout the day. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy but the building is fairly modern. We spend our time talking to people about real estate and looking over different listings around the Malad area. The neighborhood has a lot of energy and there is always something happening outside. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work close to home. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people, just a few of us making sure things get done right for the clients who call us. The mornings usually start with some chai and going through the messages from the night before. Malad East has changed quite a bit recently with all the new constructions going up everywhere you look. We try to keep things simple here without any big speeches or complicated systems. It’s just about knowing which property is where and who is looking to move. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon so we usually have the blinds down while we finish up our paperwork for the day.
