We are over here at Plot 358 in Borivali West, specifically in the Akshat building on Ram Mandir Road. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have on the second floor in the TPS III area. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and answering the phones when people call about properties in the neighborhood. Borivali is always busy, especially this part of town, so there is usually a lot of noise coming from the street outside. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It keeps us moving though. Working in real estate in Mumbai means things are always shifting, but we just try to keep up with the day-to-day tasks. If you are walking down Ram Mandir Road, you might see our sign near the entrance. It is a regular place where we do our work and try to stay on top of the local listings. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go when we need a break from the computer screens. It’s just how things go here. We don't really do much of the big corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever comes through the door.
