Rarefind Hr Services (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Mulund, specifically at Vaity Apartment on L T Road Extension. We are up on the sixth floor in room 601. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a cold glass office tower. Being in Mulund means we deal with the usual local traffic and the sound of the train nearby, but it’s a good spot to be. We focus on HR stuff, which mostly means we spend our days talking to people and looking at resumes. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs filing or an email that needs a reply. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s just a simple setup where we sit and work through the hiring needs of whoever calls us up. We started this because we knew the area and wanted a place close to home. Working out of an apartment building like Vaity makes the whole process feel a bit more personal, I think. You won’t find any scripted greetings here, just real people trying to help other people find jobs or fill roles. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s a small operation, but we keep busy enough. That is really all there is to us and our little space in the apartment building. We just keep at it every single day.
