Ranjana Restaurants Private Limited has its main office over at Sakinaka in Andheri East. We are in the DSK Madhuban building, specifically in unit 102/A-2 on the first floor. It is right opposite the old Orkey Mill, which everyone in this part of Mumbai knows. The traffic outside on the main road is almost always a nightmare, so it takes a while to get anywhere. Our space is where all the planning for the restaurant side of things happens. It’s a bit loud because of the street noise and the general buzz of Sakinaka, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of menus or billing sheets. We don’t have a fancy dining area here; it’s more about the back-end stuff that keeps the food moving and the kitchens running. Being in such a central industrial and commercial spot means we are always in the thick of things. The building is a bit older, and the hallways can be dark, but it’s a solid place to work from. We spend our days coordinating with chefs, talking to vegetable vendors, and making sure the staff schedules are sorted out. It’s a busy environment where coffee is always on, and there’s always some problem with a delivery or a piece of kitchen equipment that needs fixing. We just keep our heads down and handle it.
