Our office is tucked away in the Vasant Utsav Co Op Hsg society. We are Ramnath Krupa Realtors & Consultants Private Limited, located at D/702 in the Rangoli building. Being in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, gives us a decent spot to work from. It is a residential area mostly, so it is not as loud as the main roads. We spend most of our hours here dealing with consultancy stuff and real estate matters. It is a small team, just a few of us sitting around desks. We do not have any big corporate signs or anything like that. It is more of a functional space where we handle our clients and look over contracts. Life in Kandivali is busy, but once you get inside the society, it is a bit calmer. We started this because we knew the area well. We have got our files stacked up and the phone rings quite a bit. There is not much to say about the decor, it is just chairs and computers. We focus on the work at hand rather than making the place look like a showroom. People usually come to us because they know where we are in Rangoli. It is a straightforward business. We wake up, come to the society, and handle whatever real estate issues are on the desk for that day. It works for us. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just keep the records straight and keep moving.
