We run our development business out of Shop No. 19 in the Surajbali Dubey Chawl. It’s right there at Ramdas Chowk on New Mill Road in Kurla West. It’s a family-run thing, which is why the name has "And Sons" in it. We’ve been in Kurla for a long time and we know the neighborhood inside and out. Our shop is small and usually has people coming in and out all day asking about local projects or just stopping by for a chat. We deal with the building and development side of things here. It's not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s a real part of the chawl. We like being accessible to the people who live around here. Working in Kurla means dealing with a lot of old structures and tight spaces, so we’ve learned to be practical about how we build. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We handle the permits, the workers, and the materials ourselves. It’s a lot of hard work and the days are long, but that’s how we’ve always done it. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to build things that stay standing and do right by our name. If you're near the New Mill Road area, you've probably walked past us a dozen times already. We are just local people helping the neighborhood grow.
