Our office for Ralison Realty Private Limited is located in Dheeraj Gaurav Heights 3, specifically in room 403. We’re over in Adarsh Nagar, which is part of the Andheri West area. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Andheri gets. There is always noise, people moving around, and something new being built on every corner. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a practical space where we do the everyday work of a real estate company. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. Mostly, we just keep track of what apartments are open and who is looking to move. Being in a tall building like Dheeraj Gaurav Heights means we see a lot of people coming and going. We have our desks set up, our files in order, and we spend our time talking to owners and buyers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to do our jobs properly from our small corner in Adarsh Nagar. Some days the traffic to get to the office is a nightmare, but that’s just part of living and working here. We stick to what we know, which is the local property scene. When someone stops by, we just talk to them like normal people and see if we can help with their search. There’s always a fresh pot of tea going if you decide to drop in.
