If you know Ghatkopar East, you probably know how busy Hingwala Lane gets. Our office, Rajshree Builders Llp, is tucked away in Karma Sandesh 2. We are on the first floor in flat 102. It is a nice enough space, nothing too big or small. We spend most of our mornings here going over plans and talking to contractors. Being in Ghatkopar means we see a lot of people we have known for years. The neighborhood has a specific feel to it, and we try to match that. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure our building projects are moving along like they should. Sometimes things get delayed or the weather messes with the schedule, but that is just how this business works. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to check on a project or just wants to ask a question about a site. The building is easy to spot once you turn off the main lane. We like being on the first floor because it is quick to get in and out when we have to head to a construction site. It is a lot of phone calls and checking blueprints every day. We do not use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and making sure we stay on top of the local rules and regulations here. It keeps us quite busy from morning until late evening.
