Rajhanssplendid Buildcon Private Limited

Rajhanssplendid Buildcon Private Limited is located over in Dahisar East. Our office is at 2593C/B, which is part of the Rajhans R building. It is right near River Park on Shiv Vallabh Cross Road. It is a decent area, a bit quieter than some other parts of Mumbai, which we actually like. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building is fairly easy to find if you know where River Park is. Inside, it is mostly just desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of architectural drawings. We do a lot of buildcon work, which basically means we are always worrying about materials, labor, and deadlines. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. Some days are just spent sitting in long meetings, and other days we are out in the sun at a site. We try to keep things grounded and don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. It is just construction and development. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood around Shiv Vallabh Cross Road grow quite a bit over the last few years. We are just glad to be a part of the local business community here in Dahisar. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to make sure each project moves along as it should. It is a lot of work.
