We are based in Kandivali West. Raghuleela Megamall is a busy spot and we have been at unit 119 for a while now. People usually come by after they finish shopping or just to ask us questions about houses. It gets a bit noisy because of the mall traffic but we actually like being where things are happening. Working in real estate in Mumbai is always a rush. We handle a lot of paperwork and spend time talking to families looking for a place to stay. It is not always easy and sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and the coffee runs out. We keep all our files organized on the first floor. S.V. Road is right outside so getting here isn't too bad if the traffic is behaving itself. Most days we are just sitting here going through plans and talking to different contractors on the phone. Sometimes we have to run out to sites to check how the actual building work is going. It is just how it works here at Raje Homes. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy suits or big speeches, just getting the work done so people have roofs over their heads. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons but the mall AC helps a bit. If you are around Kandivali, you probably know the area well. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It is home for us.
