Rajan Iyer Consulting (Opc) Private is run out of Bandra East. Our office is located on the 9th floor of the Renuka Apartment building, in Flat No. 903. We are in Kalanagar, which is a fairly well-known residential and commercial neighborhood in this part of Mumbai. Being based in Bandra East is very convenient for getting around, though the traffic near the station can be a real headache if you do not plan your trips carefully. Since this is a One Person Company, it is a very small and personal operation. I do not have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. It is just a quiet, professional space where I can handle all the consulting work myself. The view from the 9th floor is actually quite nice, but I spend most of my hours on the phone or working through different reports at my desk. Kalanagar has a lot of history and it feels like a genuine community rather than just a business district. I preferred being in a regular apartment building rather than a cold, glass office block. It feels more honest this way. I do not use any marketing gimmicks or try to sound like a giant corporation. It is just straightforward consulting.
