Rachna Design Build Private Limited

Rachna Design Build Private Limited is run out of a quiet corner in Andheri West. We are located at 9 Sahakar Shilpa Extension, which is part of the Sahakar Shilpa CHS on Veeradesai Road. If you know Azad Nagar 3, you know exactly where we are. We do a mix of design work and actual building, which keeps us pretty busy most days. It’s a lot of back and forth between the drawing board and the actual construction sites. Our office isn’t some big corporate tower; it’s more of a functional space where we can sit down and figure out how to make a project work. We deal with all sorts of local stuff, from small renovations to bigger builds around the city. It’s often messy work, and our desks are usually covered in sketches and site photos. We’ve been working out of this Andheri spot for some time now and it feels like home. The tea stall nearby sees a lot of us when we need a break from the plans. People often ask what we do exactly, and it’s hard to summarize because every day is different. One day we are looking at tiles, and the next we are arguing with a contractor about a wall. It’s just the life of being in the design and build trade. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures. We just show up and get the work finished as best as we can.
