Shop No 3, Nutan Annexe. Goregaon West is a busy place, especially on Jawahar Nagar Road No 3. Being near Suvidha Hospital means there is always traffic and people walking by our door. We’ve been at this address for a while now, just handling things from our small shop. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the blueprints and files lying around, but we manage just fine. It’s a local spot. You can find us right there at 277 Jawahar Nagar. The neighbors know us well enough. We aren't doing anything fancy or spending money on big-budget marketing. We just show up, look at the project details, and talk to the guys on the ground. Usually, the day starts with a hot tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. Building things takes a lot of time and there are always some delays with weather or getting materials delivered, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in all of Mumbai. We just want to do the work right so the buildings stay up and the people living there are okay. Most of the time we are out on site, but the paperwork happens here at the Nutan Annexe. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing flashy, just a place where we get the planning done.
