Quantam Developers Llp

We've been running Quantam Developers Llp out of Shop No. 9 in Vasant Tower for a while now. If you know the Vasant Vadi area, you've probably walked right past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. Our office sits at Cts No. 1497B/5. It isn't a huge place, just a regular shop where we get our work done every day. Some days are busier than others, especially with all the foot traffic around the tower. Being in this part of town means there's always something going on outside the window. We mostly just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork and meetings that come with the territory. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that, just some desks and a few chairs for when people need to sit down and talk. The address is pretty specific, so it helps when people are trying to find us for the first time. Sometimes we have to explain the Cts number bit, but once you find Vasant Tower, it's easy. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the street and the general rhythm of the neighborhood. It's home for the business. Most people in the building know each other, which is nice. We just focus on what's on our desks today and try to stay organized in the small space we have. It works for us. We're just a small group of people trying to keep things moving day by day.
