You can find us over in Vile Parle West. The office is located in Shriji Krupa, which is part of the Swastik Housing Society on Road No. 2. It is right in the Juhu Dev Scheme area. I guess the neighborhood is actually quite nice and relatively quiet compared to the rest of the noise in Mumbai. We are Purple Pad LLP. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and looking over property details on our screens. Being in Vile Parle means we are quite close to a lot of our project sites. The building we are in is number 12, Swastik Hsg Soc. It is an older building but it works well enough for what we need. We do not have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. The walk from the station is okay if it is not raining too hard. In July, that is a completely different story. We deal with various residential spaces. It involves a lot of tedious back and forth with owners and people looking for a place. We try to keep things simple here. No one in this office wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We prefer just getting the work finished. Sometimes we lose track of the time and realize it is already dark outside. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us.
