Ptva Foundation

Our office is located on the 1st floor of the PTVA English Medium School on Hanuman Road. It’s in Vile Parle East, right here in Mumbai. Ptva Foundation has been using this space for a while now. It’s a school building, so it’s always loud with kids and teachers during the day. We don't mind the noise, it makes the place feel alive. We have a couple of rooms where we do our administrative work. It’s pretty basic—just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Being in Vile Parle is convenient because everything is close by. We aren't a big, polished group. We are just local people working in the community. Sometimes the fans in the office make a clicking sound, and we just ignore it. We don't use fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We just tell people we are at the school on Hanuman Road. It’s easy to remember. Our team handles various things every day. There’s no big hierarchy here. We all just pitch in. If the mail comes, anyone picks it up. It’s a very grounded way of working. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized as best we can. Sometimes the school bell rings and we realize how late it’s gotten. Time flies when you’re busy. We don't have a big budget for fancy office supplies, so we use what we have. Most of our furniture has character.
