ProSurgic is situated over in the Ansa Industrial Estate, specifically in C-122. If you’ve ever been to Saki Vihar Road in Andheri East, you know how hectic it gets around here. Saki Naka is always crowded with people and trucks, but it’s a good spot for a business like ours. We deal with surgical supplies and equipment. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular unit in an old industrial building where we spend most of our hours. There’s always the sound of machinery or someone loading a van nearby. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. Being in Mumbai, everything moves fast, and we try to keep up without making too many mistakes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hospitals or checking our inventory in the small storage area we have. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just a few of us making sure the right medical tools get to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the estate is a nightmare, but that’s just life in Bandra Suburban-400072. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and while it's cramped, it works for what we do every day.
