Propnomics Consulting Llp is a small shop located at number 6 in the Rangwala Apartments. We are right on Sanitoriam Lane, which is just off M G Road in Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy little neighborhood, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people walking by every day. We aren't some big consultancy with a hundred offices. It’s just this one shop where we handle property questions and help folks with their real estate needs. Some days we are out looking at sites, and other days we are just sitting here with our ledger books and phones. It’s a very local operation. We know the streets around Plot No 173 quite well because we’ve been here for a good while. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like we know everything. We just give people the information we have and try to be as practical as possible. It’s a simple setup—a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We like it this way because it’s easy for people to just drop in and talk. There’s no need for appointments usually; if we’re here, we’re working. Ghatkopar is our home, and we just want to keep doing our bit in the community. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps us going. That's pretty much all there is to it.
