If you’re looking for us, we’re in Malad East, right opposite the Classiq Comfort Hotel on Gen A K V Marg. Our office is Flat No.502 in Building No.1 of Sankalp Appts. It’s one of those buildings that looks like every other apartment block in this part of Mumbai. We’ve turned the flat into a workspace for Promocon Media Private Limited. There’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. The view from the fifth floor shows the busy street below and the hotel guests coming and going. The traffic on Gen A K V Marg is pretty loud, so we usually keep the balcony door shut to get some peace. Inside, it’s mostly just desks shoved against the walls and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a water fountain, just a big bottle of water in the corner. Malad East is a busy place, and being near the hotel means there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the lift in Building 1 is out of order, so we end up walking the five flights, which isn't great in the summer heat. We’ve got a few potted plants on the window sill that we struggle to keep alive. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Just a regular bunch of people doing their thing in a small flat.
