Our spot is in Madhumanisha CHS, specifically on the second floor. We are right on the road leading to the Vakola Police Station in Santacruz East. It’s a very lively part of Mumbai. There is always noise from the street below, but once you’re inside C 11, it’s not too bad for working. We’ve been operating Proarttive Solutions from here for some time. We have some basic wooden furniture and a couple of metal cabinets for all the old files we need to keep. It’s not a huge operation at all. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle these business things. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. Mostly it’s just calendars and maybe a few notes taped up near the computers. We do our work, talk to the people who need help, and try to keep things as organized as possible. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes it a bit damp in the building, but we manage just fine. Being near the police station means everyone knows the landmark and can find us easily. It’s easy to tell people where we are located. We keep things simple and honest. No big corporate layers or bosses here. Just us in a room in Santacruz getting through the day. We focus on the tasks and go home.
