Our office is on the 10th floor of the Jet Airways Godrej building in BKC, Bandra East. It’s Unit 1005 in the G Block. Even though BKC is known for being a very high-end corporate area, we try to keep things pretty simple in our office. We work on various reality projects across Mumbai. The office has a lot of glass and a nice view, but at the end of the day, it’s just a place where we get our work done. We have a lot of meetings here with architects and planners. It can get quite busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to wrap things up. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on the projects and try to make sure they are moving forward. Dealing with Mumbai real estate is always a challenge because of the space constraints and the regulations. We spend a lot of time going through blueprints and making sure everything is up to code. Our team is a mix of different people who all bring something to the table. We often eat lunch together in the office because the cafes downstairs are always so crowded. It’s a professional place, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We just want to do good work and stay on top of our projects. It’s a lot of hours, but it’s worth it when things come together.
