Precisehomes Constructions Private Limited is based in Dreams The Mall, over in Bhandup West. Our unit is L-111. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in a mall rather than a standalone building, but it works for us. There is always a lot of foot traffic and people coming and going. We work on construction projects, so we use the mall office as our home base for all the technical stuff and meeting clients. Bhandup is a busy part of the city, and being on the West side keeps us close to several of our current sites. The office is usually a mess of blueprints and samples of materials. We don’t really worry about making it look like a showroom. It’s a place where work actually gets done. Sometimes the mall atmosphere is a bit much, especially on weekends, but we are usually out at sites then anyway. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to build homes that people can actually live in. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that is the nature of construction. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a practical way to run a business.
