If you’re ever in Chembur East near R C Marg, you might have passed our office. Prashant S Builders And Developers Private Limited is located at Samrat Ashok Nagar No-2. We are right opposite Navjivan Society, which is a big landmark in this part of town. It’s a local operation, and most of us live nearby or have been working in Chembur for a long time. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people involved in our projects. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic on R C Marg, but we don't mind it. We do everything from planning out the initial stages of a build to checking on the final touches. It’s not always a smooth process; there are always delays with materials or weather, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a small team here, mostly guys who have been in the building trade for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at the sites. We keep things pretty informal here. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us buried in blueprints or talking to a contractor. It's just honest, everyday work for us.
