Pranjal Residency And Resorts Private Limited is based out of Flat Number 5 in the Priyanka CHS building. We are located on Navghar Lane 1 in Mulund East. It’s a quiet residential part of Mumbai, which is exactly how we like it. The building is a typical co-operative housing society, and our office feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We handle residency and resort management from this small space. Most of our day is spent at our desks, coordinating with staff at different locations and making sure the bills are paid and the bookings are in order. Mulund East has a very specific feel to it, very different from the rush of South Mumbai or the suburbs further west. It’s more laid back here. We know the shopkeepers on the lane and we see the same people every morning when we arrive. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a room with some desks and chairs where we get things done. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write down what needs to happen and then we try to make it happen. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but usually, we try to head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us and the people we serve.
