Prajwalmadan Construction Llp operates out of Shree Ram Bhavan in Kurla. We are right opposite Sambhaji Chowk, which is always a busy place with plenty of traffic and noise. Being at 335 Shree Ram Bhavan means we are in the middle of everything. Our office is where we do all the planning and talk to people about their building needs. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has character and serves us well. Most of the time, our desks are covered in blueprints and various permit papers that need sorting. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It’s mostly just us working through the daily grind of the construction business in Mumbai. Kurla is a tough place to get around sometimes, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes to sites to avoid the worst of the congestion. We handle the usual stuff like site visits and managing workers. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like a delivery getting stuck or a sudden downpour, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we like being part of the local community. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do construction work and try to keep our clients satisfied with the results.
