Our business is called Praesum Consulting Private Limited. We are based in Kandivali East, specifically in Thakur Village. Our office address is B-503, Gaurav Shikhar, in the Akash building. The pin code is 400101. Thakur Village is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of people and shops. We’ve been working out of this space on the fifth floor for a while. It’s a standard apartment building that we use for our consulting office. Inside B-503, it’s a pretty normal setup with desks and chairs. There isn't anything fancy about it. Being in Kandivali East is good because it’s a solid part of Mumbai to be in. Everything you need is right there in the village. The building, Gaurav Shikhar, is easy to locate once you’re in the area. Our team spends our work days here handling whatever comes our way. It’s not a corporate office park, but it works for us and our team. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to spend hours in traffic every day. We just come in, do our consulting tasks, and go home. No big mission statement hangs on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our jobs as best as we can. The honest, local feel of this workspace is something we appreciate.
