Prabhav Housing Llp

Our office for Prabhav Housing Llp is way up on the 15th floor of the Excel Plaza Building. If you know the Pant Nagar area in Ghatkopar East, you probably know the building. We are in the B-Wing, Office No. 1501. The view from up here is actually quite good, you can see a lot of the neighborhood changing over time. We spend most of our hours here talking about housing and how to manage the various projects we have going on. It gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons when the phones will not stop ringing. We are just a local team trying to make a living in the housing sector. It is not always easy dealing with all the rules and the construction schedules, but we manage somehow. Most of us have lived around Mumbai for years, so we understand how things work in Ghatkopar. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. Sometimes the elevator in Excel Plaza takes a bit of time, but once you get up to the 15th floor, it is a quiet place to work. We have been at this for a bit now and we like the community in Pant Nagar. It feels like a real part of the city. We keep things straightforward at Prabhav Housing Llp because that is just how we are.
