Posana Kitchen Private Limited is based in Malad East, specifically in the MHB Colony at Dindoshi Nagar. Our spot is 86 646, which is right in the Pathanwadi area. It’s a real Mumbai neighborhood, full of life and a bit of chaos, which we actually quite like. Our kitchen is where all the work happens, though it’s more about persistence than anything else. We started this private limited company because we wanted to cook for people the way we cook at home. We don't have any professional marketing experts on our team. It’s just a group of us who know our way around a stove and a spreadsheet. Malad 400097 is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. The space isn't huge, but we make it work by staying organized. We spend our days prepping ingredients and making sure everything is clean and ready to go. We aren't into all that corporate talk about synergy or whatever. We just want to make sure the food tastes good and gets to the customer on time. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, but we just move things around and keep going. It’s a practical, hands-on business. We deal with the local markets for a lot of our stuff because it’s easier and fresher. We’re just trying to run a good kitchen and be a part of the local community here in Dindoshi.
