Our office is located in Malad West, over in Buddha Nagar near Malwani. We are on the first floor of a building on Marve Cross Road, in Room 110. Polarsternpolarstern Consulting Services Llp is the name we use for our business. It’s a bit of a mouthful, we know. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us here. The room is small and we’ve filled it with desks and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full. Working in Malwani means there is always something happening outside. You hear the bikes and the people talking all day long. We do consulting work, which mostly means we sit here and solve problems for people who call us. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of promotional materials. We just rely on people finding us and liking the work we do. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a project, and the street lights outside are the only thing keeping us company. We have a small kettle for making coffee and we usually bring lunch from home. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We don't use big corporate words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we manage just fine. It’s just work.
