We're over at Sheth Elegance in Arvind Building, room 203. It's right on Plot 84 in Mumbai. Dealing with property stuff here is a daily thing for us. Most days are pretty busy. We just handle what comes our way without much fuss. It's just a normal office where we look at listings and talk to people on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but that's just how the city is. We've been at this address for a while now. It isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and computers. If you need us, that's where we sit. It's a plain spot, not much to look at from the outside. We mostly keep our heads down and get the paperwork done because there is always a lot of it. Life in the 400077 area is pretty fast. People come by to ask about rentals or buying apartments. We try to keep track of it all in our folders. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients every single day. Mumbai real estate is a mess sometimes, but we try to navigate it as best as we can. You can find us on the second floor. The elevator works most of the time, luckily. We drink a lot of chai while looking over contracts. It isn't a big operation, just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We know this neighborhood well. It's just home.
