Pmac Build (Opc) Private Limited

We're based in Lodha Fiorenza, up on the 15th floor. Looking out over the Western Express Highway from Goregaon East usually means seeing a lot of traffic. Pmac Build started here not too long ago. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of building projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with drawings and blueprints all over the desks. It isn't a fancy setup even though the building is tall. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking on how things are moving along at different sites. Being in Mumbai means everything has to happen fast, but we try to just take it one step at a time. Most days start early because the heat gets bad later on. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and staring at a laptop. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a handful of people trying to get things built the right way. The Goregaon area has changed a lot since we moved in. There are new towers popping up everywhere. We just focus on our own work and try to keep our clients happy without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s hard work and the days are long, but that’s just how the building industry is in this city. We're right here in A-1504 if anyone needs to drop off documents or chat about a project.
