Platinumcorp Smart & Affordable Residences Llp is based out of Andheri West. Specifically, we are at 901, Peninsula Heights on C.D. Barfiwala Marg. It is a busy part of Mumbai, right near Juhu Lane. Even though the address sounds a bit formal, we are quite a down-to-earth group. We spend our time trying to manage residential projects that actually make sense for people's budgets. The office is usually buzzing with people coming in and out, from architects to folks just looking for a place to live. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays when everyone is trying to update their schedules at once. We have a view of the city from the ninth floor, but most of the time we are too busy looking at floor plans to notice. We handle a lot of different tasks, from checking building codes to making sure the plumbers show up on time. It is not always smooth sailing; there are always some issues to fix or a delay we didn't see coming. We just try to handle it as it comes. We aren't really into the flashy side of real estate. Our focus is just on the buildings and the people who will eventually move into them. It’s a lot of hard work and late evenings spent in the office making sure the numbers add up correctly.
