We are located in Andheri West, specifically at Peninsula Heights on C.D. Barfiwala Marg. Our office is number 901, which gives us a decent view of the Juhu Lane area. Platinumcorp Realty Developers is where we spend most of our waking hours. The building is one of those taller ones in the neighborhood, so it feels quite modern. We have a lot of meetings here about new residential and commercial spaces. It’s usually a bit quiet in the mornings before the phones start ringing. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. The desks are covered in maps of the area and various legal documents. Andheri is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic on Barfiwala Marg is a nightmare, so we have to plan our site visits carefully. We aren't a massive corporation, just a dedicated team trying to develop property that makes sense for the people living here. Most of our work involves checking on construction progress or talking to architects. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes there are delays with permits or weather, but we just take it one day at a time. The office has a professional feel but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing unless there’s a big meeting. It is just us here working and trying to stay on schedule.
