We are Platinumcorp Homebuilders Llp. Our office is situated in Andheri West, right on Juhu Lane. We are in room 901 of Peninsula Heights on C.D. Barfiwala Marg. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We focus on building homes for people. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are putting their money into something they want to live in for a long time. We take that seriously, even if we don't say it in a fancy way. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits and talking to contractors. Andheri is a central spot, so we can get to most of our projects pretty easily from here. The office is on the ninth floor, so we get a decent view, but we are mostly looking at spreadsheets and floor plans. Construction is a gritty job. You are always dealing with mud, dust, and loud noises. We have a small team here that handles the design and the management. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done before. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, like a leak or a delay with the electricity. We just go down there and figure out how to fix it. That’s what we do. We just keep building homes and trying to stay on top of our schedules as much as possible.
